Kerry has worked across both long‑term and short‑term insurance since 2000, including two years as a Director at a short‑term brokerage where she oversaw operations, underwriting, claims and sales.

Her passion lies in Commercial Insurance, with deep expertise in Binders, Aggregates, Fleets, Contract All Risk, Liability, and other complex claims environments. Her technical strength and hands‑on experience make her a trusted specialist for clients with intricate risk profiles.

Five years later, in 2025, she stepped into a leadership role at OLEA South Africa, taking on the position of Finance Manager.

Natasha has worked across both technical underwriting and strategic client-facing roles, developing a strong reputation for balancing commercial outcomes with sound governance and risk management practices.

She has held leadership and business development positions at leading organisations where she has managed high-net-worth portfolios, mentored teams, negotiated complex insurance placements, and driven strategic growth initiatives.
