Caron started her insurance career in 1996 as a windscreen claims consultant with the Telesure Group. She later joined Alexander Forbes as a personal lines sales agent.

During her career, Caron has focussed on new business development as well as establishing solid relationships with strategic prospects in selected markets and industries.

Her focus areas are commercial insurance lines and personal insurance solutions for high-net-worth clients.

• RE5, insurance
• IISA programme in Advanced Insurance Practice
• IISA introductory programme in Advanced Insurance Practice
• Higher Certificate in Business Studies

Jessica started her career in 2007, working in the call centre environment of internal sales. She then moved to client services, handling client queries, retentions and claims for insurers.

In 2011, Jessica moved to a brokerage in the underwriting division as a team leader. She then moved to the Account Executive Role, managing clients’ policies and risks.

In 2018, Jessica joined the Apio Group in Underwriting and then moved to Senior Claims Handler and now heading up the Claims Division.

Jessica’s history is filled with experience in all different aspects of the industry and her passion lies with client service.

Her client experience includes CFAO, Insimbi, Copalcor, Bandag and Easigas.
